Ruchita Rupani
The young dietician, Ruchita Rupani has become very popular in a short span of time by her scientific approach, hard work and dedication in the field of dietetics. She started her clinical practice in 2010 after successfully completing Post Graduation in Dietetics from the SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai. Apart from this, she is also a certified diabetes educator and expert advisor in obstetrics and gynecology nutrition. She bundled up her experience by working at various tertiary care hospitals and fitness centers.
In addition, she worked in collaboration with various endocrinologists, diabetologists, nephrologists, oncologists, gynecologists, pediatricians, physicians and surgeons while also rendering her services as Chief Dietitian at various nursing homes in and around Ghatkopar, Mumbai before she decided to start her private clinic with a distinct identity named as Diet4all.
Ruchita has always been a follower and promoter of healthy lifestyle and with the help of dietetics and clinical nutrition, she has transformed many lives by preventing and treating various diseases. Because of her passion, approach, caring attitude and helping nature, she is being loved by all her clients.
She has catered to a total of over 5500 clients till now at Diet4all which includes various professionals, businessmen / businesswomen, housewives, sports personnel, students, singers and a few models. In addition to weight management, therapeutic nutrition in various diseases is her forte. She has helped many of her clients with obesity, diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver, cholesterol disorders, metabolic syndrome, chronic kidney disease, gout, joint pains, liver cirrhosis, thyroid disorders, anemia, malnutrition, epilepsy, osteoporosis, PCOS, infertility, cancer, etc. to reap the benefits of nutritional therapy and live a healthier life.
She has successfully given nutritional therapy even for pregnancy and lactation as well as weaning for the babies. She has been a friend in need for the new mommies who find it difficult to feed their little ones as they have many queries and insecurities regarding nutrition of their kids.
Ruchita has been an educator for students of dietetics. She has conducted nutritional workshops and lectures on therapeutic nutrition for various groups and corporates. She is a lifetime member of Indian Dietetic Association (IDA).
The results of diet therapy in her cancer patients inspired her to give lifelong nutritional therapy free of any charges to all the cancer fighters as a gesture of solidarity and social responsibility.
